I am looking to purchase a Harvest Right XL freeze dryer. Dustin has been MORE than helpful and accommodating in helping me figure out which size, what type of pump, etc. We will be purchasing our freeze dryer from Sun Blessed Farms...just have a little more saving to do. Cannot wait to make this purchase because I know Dustin will help with any questions we may have!!!

It was a pleasure dealing with Sun Blessed Farms. He quickly sorted out the issue I was having with my machine and determined the problem was the pump, not the machine. We were so pleased, we ordered another machine from Dustin.

We were having a couple of small issues with our Freeze dryer and Dustin told me how to make those very simple fixes we appreciate all his help. Dustin was listening when we told him we were thinking about buying another Large Harvest Right Freeze dryer and he offered us great deal on a new machine so we ended up purchasing that from him at the same time. Sun blessed farms has the best prices on Harvest Right accessories, and they even have the silicone mats for the large pro machine, which aren't even available directly from harvest right!

Dustin has not only giving me advice over the phone but in messages about why this is happening, what it is doing and how to use my machine more efficiently. Like many I thought it can't be that hard to do this, the machine does most if the work, well that isn't the case. You can make rookie mistakes, experienced mistakes and like a cell phone it can suddenly get a mind of its own and leave you unsure what just happened. Dustin was there and ready to help each time I had a moment of GRRR. Best
